Additional Yoga/Pilates Sessions for UOL Students

This years Let’s Do Leicester schedule saw the introduction of Yoga and Pilates sessions which have proven to be extremely popular amongst students. With sessions taking place in halls, accessing these classes has been extremely accessible for students.
For those that have enjoyed the classes and are looking to continue to develop their experience you can access additional sessions with some of the same instructors that deliver in the project. Running weekly you can attend the sessions below at a discounted rate for University of Leicester students of just £2 (unless stated otherwise). IMG_0631

VITALITY CIRCUIT
A fun, varied session to tone up and learn correct free weights technique Suitable for beginners
